Manufacturing Facilities

Our manufacturing experience with the development & production of our components has exposed us to diverse range of mechanical processes. We have developed the adequate facilities comprising of modern Machine Tools. The details of Machines are as Follows:

Power

We have our own Gen. Sets to run our shop fully in case of power failure. we have installed voltage stabilizer to give constant voltage supply.

Surface Coating

Electro Plating, Zinc Plating, Chrome Plating. Trivalnt Plating is also available.

Expansion Plan

We are planning to start highly precised Machine Shop at IMT Manesar and Haridwar for the exteemed customers like Hero Honda.
