Manufacturing grounded and honed sleeve with internal diameter finished in five microns with taper and ovality control in three microns with surface finish of 0.2 Ra max. & Drilled on Robo Drilling machine with 30 microns gauge control and in 30 microns length control.
Spool with oil grooves with outer diameter finished in 5 microns with a control of 3 microns roundness.
